Innvomeet is a platform where developers can showcase their projects, receive feedback through comments and suggestions, earn Vibe Points, unlock badges, and compete on a global leaderboard. The Platform facilitates community engagement and recognition for developers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by signing in with GitHub OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Platform, including:

• Comments and suggestions
• Links to external resources

4.2 Content License

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Innvomeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

4.3 Prohibited Content

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others
• Contains explicit or offensive material

5. Vibe Points and Badges

Vibe Points and badges are virtual rewards with no monetary value. We reserve the right to:

• Modify the point system and badge criteria at any time
• Adjust or remove points for violations or abuse
• Change or discontinue the rewards system

Vibe Points and badges cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for any monetary value.

6. Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive community, users must:

• Be respectful and professional in all interactions
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions
• Give credit where credit is due
• Report violations of these Terms
• Not engage in vote manipulation or gaming the system

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Innvomeet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
